Hello. The massive religious organization called Christianity has taken a very different path from the ekklesia described in the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments. The Korean church, which received its message from British and American missionaries, has added a lot of leaven to the gospel of Jesus. Even some denominations of the American church that practice tithing, and especially the missionary churches that the Korean church has established around the world, will teach tithing as money, which is a very different doctrine from the Bible. Nevertheless, because Korean missionaries learned and practiced tithing as money in their seminaries and in the churches where they ministered, it will not be easy to discard it, but it is garbage that must be discarded, because the tithe is Jesus Christ, and Jesus Himself sacrificed for me in the form of the tithe treasury. Brothers and sisters! the wrong tithing teachings are these: first, we are taught that tithing all of our income and giving it to our Creator Jesus as money will make us rich like Rockefeller, but the one God says not to bring offerings and not to keep the days and feasts; second, we are taught that there is a heavenly bank in heaven, where the tithes and offerings we give in worship accumulate, and later, when we die and go to heaven, we live in a house of gold and silver jewels because it is our reward and praise. If you are under this mistaken belief, stop tithing and giving today, right now, because that is the only way to live forever. God the Creator looks at the ant and speaks of the wisdom of saving, of working diligently and storing up food by imitating its diligence. Third, we preach and testify loudly about the blessing of tithing as if it were a fact, saying that our Creator takes care of us if we do. If you insist on tithing and other offerings, you will surely lose eternal life. Please remember that. Fourth, most Korean church pastors teach us not to love money and to save it in heaven, but the pastor himself loves money and saves it in an earthly bank. How ironic is that?
